Normally, it takes around 10-14 days after the production time for orders to arrive at US and EU customers, and around 3 weeks for other international customers.
The customer is responsible for all customs fees/VAT.
You can choose EXPRESS delivery, which takes 7-9 days.
All my parcel shipments undergo a few stages due to the war, as our civilian planes are not currently operating. Here's how it works: I prepare your order, securely pack it, and send the package to my shipping partners' warehouse in Lviv or Kyiv. From there, the package is transported to Poland, where it can then be sent to the destination country by plane.
Don't worry, this system has been working well and delivers my products worldwide quite efficiently. Each order is very precious to me and helps sustain life and health in wartime conditions. I am very grateful for each one of them.
Returns and exchanges
The exception is print-on-demand products (t-shirts, pillows, posters, postcards, mags, etc with my illustrations printed on them), which I forward to American and European printers, in case I have already transferred the order to them.
I don't accept returns or exchanges.
With respect for artistry and handcraft, I do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, such as "I changed my mind, I no longer want this item" or "I ordered a green dragon, but when I received it, I changed my mind and now want a red one". Each product is created with unique attention to detail and personal dedication, so it's important that choices are made responsibly.
However, I am always ready to help and resolve any issues if the product arrives damaged or if it is not the item you ordered. Your satisfaction and trust are my priority, so please do not hesitate to contact me so we can find the best solution together.
